This is an Organic Green tea with crescent shaped dark green leaves. Green Mountain Thunder will steep a fresh, “just picked” Green tea flavor! It’s Chinese name is “Mao-feng.” Apparently the name implies “thunder” and as Green tea has some caffeine, so we couldn’t help but include it in choosing a name for this beautiful Green tea!
